Kim is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had about the loan process. The current economic situation didn't make the process any easier, but Kim worked tirelessly to get us what we needed to close. Though I believe the burden of her and her teams' work load impacted communication and hindered a smoother process on our end.

Kim Arrington was polite and did everything to make sure I finally able to close on my house. There were some bumps in the road but overall I'm happy now

Overall, I felt like the process was rushed and unorganized. As a first time home buyer the process was new for me and I feel like the process was not thoroughly explained to me from the beginning. In addition, there were a lot of hands in the pot and it was not explained to me who these additional people were and what their roles were. However, I will say that when push came to shove Kim and her team pulled through and made it happen and I'm grateful for that.

In a world where great service is expected, Loan Officers need to be true consultants, not order takers. Anyone can take in-bound calls and write up an order for whatever the customer wants. But a true consultant will know their business better than anyone, and be able to make recommendations to not only best suit the client, but put them in a better financial situation after the loan closes.

I started the loan process in June and it didn’t close until Aug 7th. I had two friends start the same time and were done within two weeks. The process was way too long and I had to keep asking where we were in the process. I think if something was holding up the process that should be communicated. Other than that, it turned out okay

I was teased with the option to pay for points at Closing to drop 0.25%. I reviewed the final documents and was told this was no longer an option which was very disappointing. Bait and Switch. The Lender-Selected Appraiser messed up the Appraisal and tried to delay Closing which was not practical. I indicated as such to the NAF because seller was moving 2,000 miles on the Closing date, but NAF went behind my back and told Title Company that Closing was being delayed. Totally unprofessional.
