chris could have called me back but didnt i asked for my escrow to close on the first of october but it looks like it closed in september chris forgot about the refinance for over a month the only reason this got done was an email sent to me by your company asking how they are doing and i answered haven't heard from chris about the refi

Communication or lack thereof and the timeliness of communication seemed to be the prevalent theme throughout my mortgage refinance. Communication on all counts dramatically improved once Susan League of New American Funding got involved with my refinance application process.

I'm really not sure why I'm being asked to rate my interactions with Brian Ridenour; the only interaction we had with him was receiving 3 auto-generated emails informing us when there was a change in our loan status. We interacted extensively with Greg Mestas and Leslie Lin, and I would be glad to provide feedback on their performance. But given that our interaction with Brian was so limited, I don't really have anything to say.

Beau was professional and well qualified. He communicated well to start, however that decreased as time went on and we were handed off to others. We started the process at the end of June. Beau recommended we not make our July 1 payment as we should close before we would have ramifications from a late payment. We replied to all info requests within 48 hours. We did not get closed until late August.

Lenders have to understand there’s people on the other side of those files on there desk, they make promise and time lines they know in advance they can’t keep and they just don’t care. This is today’s norm.

They ran behind and we didnt get documents until the very last minute. The sellers were very frustrated.

The process was delayed due to overwhelming demand on low interest rates but the communication lacked . Had to reach out on status of our loan since no one kept us informed and went onto 2 month delay to refinance our loan. From the initial we were given an amount, then as the loan progressed we ended with a different monthly amount. This is my 2nd refinance and this time around it was an unpleasant experience. Wish we did business with Brenda but she is no longer with company that's a bug loss
