We are returning customers and this experience was awful. Throughout the entire process there was a lack of communication and transparency. We sold our house 3 months prior to our new home being finished and it was crucial that we close as soon as the home was finished. It would take weeks for Victor to respond to emails, texts and phonecalls. It was very hard to get answers to our questions. Nothing was organized and Victor was not ready to close when the house was finished.

Expediency of the process, transparent communication, a website that works and contains information and detail about the status of an application. This process took way too long and the disorganized collection methods of application documentation was horrible. I have nothing really good to say about this experience except that it's over now. Miguel was a nice enough guy and I believe that he really tried to do his best. It was the business process that resulted in all of my negative ratings.

Horrible experience!! Miguel did not follow through on anything. Took forever to get the loan. We have an excellent credit rating, would hate to see how long it would of taken with a poor rating! I used to be a loan officer and could not believe how poor the customer service was.

Getting updates or information out of the team was very difficult. Moni had no knowledge of how refinance loans are done in the State of Texas and caused our closing to be delayed by 45 days. We provided all requested data same day or within 24 hrs. Moni was not the only one at fault, the entire team seems to struggle with communication, Mario Diaz the processor was the worst of the bunch. I would not recommend them due to lack of knowledge and communication issues.

*Communication from loan officer would’ve been nice. *Sticking to dates for closing provided by loan officer would’ve been great. *Being professional to our realtors, us, and others that called and talked to NAF would have been wonderful. *Honoring commitments made would have been even better!*Closing not being pushed twice, on the expected closing date, due to loan officer not doing his job, from submitting documents, etc. would have been fantastic. Our case needs serious review.

Be proactive and reach out to your customers. I reached out 3 times to you to check my status. Don't procrastinate the employment verification. I was contacted and asked for phone numbers when I had to Google the numbers just as you could have. Don't lose multiple emails and documents. There were several instances where I was asked multiple times for several different documents. I underwrote business loans for over 3 years. Mortgage underwriting is easy and this whole team was unprofessional

Communication was dismal. We were always guessing where o loan was at. Jorge an Elvis insisted on only emailing 1 of the borrows instead of everyone. Sort of all, he lied about cancelation fees when we were ready to back out from the bad experience. I’m disappointed. the only reason we looked into refinancing was because we had such a good experience with NA; after this, we are never coming back nor recommending NA
