Micheline needs to improve on her communication skills. The rude tone and lack of professionalism is inappropriate. I ended up having to call customer service on Micheline after multiple unpleasant conversations and requested to work with a different loan officer. I hope is that Micheline improves on these key essentials to being successful and keeping a mutually respectful business relationship with her clients.

Everything was great at first. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Then my file switched hands to someone that “didn’t know what they were doing”. No one knew when closing was...it had to be pushed back. Then I get a closing disclosure that is way less than it was supposed to be. Okay cool...then I get a call from my lawyer saying that no one will respond to her. No one! That is 33 years she’s never had a company handle a closing in this manner. Then they upped the closing price 3 days before!

Clear communication of what was needed at the beginning of the process instead of telling us pertinent information two days before we were supposed to close. Knowing the specifics of the loan and communicating those specifics to us throughout the entire process. Giving realistic date in which we would close instead of giving unrealistic time frames and causing more work for us and the realtor. Having better customer service skills and overall communication. Sending correct documents to sign.

100 days to close on a pre approved loan. Every timeline given was not honored. I was homeless for 27 days. Glad it’s over.
