This was my first time buying a house so I don’t have experience when it comes to buying a house but I was expecting profesionalism at all times. The team does not know the word communication. I know it might not be the easiest time to buy a house due the the obvious reasons but I believe communication was always an issue, with a minimum call to let clients know what is happening and anticipating of the issues that might come but rather they will not answer calls or text until a couple of days.

Substandard communication! Frivolous statements made by New American Funding which cost a friendship in the purchase of a home from a fellow law enforcement officer who had to relocate out of town. Never returned phone call(s) when stated they would. Would NEVER do business with NAF again! Deceptive business practices is the only thing they are good at. Will share experience within the law enforcement community of well over 1,000 officers.

Es primera vez que compramos una casa y nosotros hicimos todo de nuestra parte mi esposo trabaja fuera y tuvo que venir a arreglar los últimos papeles para que todo fuera más rápido mande 3 veces la información de mi esposo porque la persona que estaba encargada no estaba 100% enfocada en su trabajo o nose que pasaba realmente espero que mejore el servicio con sus clientes futuros

This was my first time buying a home..and the frustration that myself & my wife went through with this staff was ridiculous. The rudeness the disrespect to my wife the professionalism ,the lack of information and communication bad. We was not even able to close on time because of the incompetence. Everyone from the realtor agent to the financing was so disappointing. I would never ever refer this company to anyone buying a home for the first time. Robin my realtor was not what I thought at all.

The customer service I recieved from Nestor was truly abysmal. He failed to communicate useful information throughout the process. He set up a meeting with no regard for my work schedule. Finally, he led us to believe we would be closing, when your company had failed to complete paperwork due days beforehand. I continue to be bewildered by the unprofessional way he conducted business with me.

Better communication. We felt as though we were the ones constantly asking what next steps are and how the process was going. There was very little updating and not all of our questions were answered in the numerous emails.
