I’m very big on communication, I felt slightly out of the loop at times. I had to follow up more than once to get answers to questions or add someone else to the email and they would answer. Additionally, I wanted to bring minimum to zero dollars to closing and I anticipated that based on communications. We had to bring an unexpected $700 to closing, finding this out days before. We made it work but wasn’t super thrilled with how these communications were managed. Overall the process was ok.

The rates obtained and costs were great - very competetive. Overall communication about the process (start to finish) was limited. We experienced lots of "surprises" along the way. Happy with the results - painful process to get there.

Throughout the beginning and middle of this entire process, our loan officer was extremely helpful. We understand that this pandemic has affected process of how things are usually taken care of. The only thing that we were disappointed with was that there was miscommunication "in house" towards the end of this entire process.

Communication was lost towards the middle of the transaction, and when it was clear a mistake was made all the communication and working as a team was lost, buyers and agents had to scramble last minute with out aid of Jason. I understand that in today's current COVID climate we may have some delays however I feel over a week delay could have easily been avoided with better communication and a better follow though with Jason's team.

Communication was poor. I have been loyal to New American and Andrew on multiple refinances and referred others. This transaction ended with a positive result but it took extra effort on my part to find out what was going on. Too many people were involved and they relayed info to Andrew, but that info didn't get passed to me without persistent attempts by me.

I have only two communications with Mr. Pasillas . Most of dealings was with Miss Amber Montalvo. It took seven months to finally closed. I thought it would easy to apply for refinancing since most of my document was already with New American Funding a year ago. My thanks to Miss Amber Montalvo.

We needed to be informed that we couldn't make a wire transfer by phone. I had to fly back to Oregon to do the wire transfer. It cost us an extra $1,000 dollars and a lot of hassle to others as well as myself.
