Beau and I failed to communicate well during this process. I am sure some of this was my fault. I am used to a more personal response when borrowing large sums of money. This was a more virtual/cyber interaction which seams to have worked out but left me answering a lot of my own questions. To Beau's credit he was always calm and responsive when I called him, answering most of my questions. So for me this was an okay experience at best.

Supply a Complete list of needed documents at the onset of the process. Maintain a consistent contact person for the entirety of the process. Proceed phone calls with an email alerting customer of the upcoming call and who will be calling. I work from home and spend alot of time on conference calls so knowing of upcoming calls prepares me to be available. Michelle was great. Clear and prompt communications. Extremely helpful. 5 stars to her.

Communication. Only communicating via emails from different people at NAF was not idea for me. When documents needed to be signed timely, there was no phone call or other communication to notify me, only an email. Patience’s. I had never heard of NAF so I had a lot of questions and concerns about the the company being legit & the loan process. Lynette seemed irritated vs making me comfortable with doing business with NAF. After some comparison’s, I did get the best rate from NAF & completed
