To be honest I really feel unappreciated I try to communicate with my loan officer and I did not get the response I need it’s feel like after the sale Im nothing more than that. I happy to be homeowner but don’t feel like was treated with the best customer service and it’s a learning lesson because at closing cost i was told to pay 5,700.00$ but I ended up paying almost 600.00$ More!!!! then what I was told that really sucks for I have no help on my end but that’s happen with bad communication.

There were so many individuals involved in the process and their roles weren’t clear to me. Though re-fi’s are an everyday process to you, it’simportant for you all to remember you are handling confidential financial information. Randomly a new person sends me a new email requesting info. It would be helpful to have that communicated at the beginning of the processes re: who will request info. Maybe I missed something but the # of people involved was surprising.

Well, I felt I had to always chase him down for answers and questions. Don’t feel like he was proactive with my loan. When I asked questions, I would get answers in 48 hours or more. In the beginning he quoted me a loan that did not include a fee, but later stated he quoted me wrong and it would cost $1400. I agreed to pay that, but for that fee I would have expected better service. ALL my previous loans were free and got much better service.
