Scott was fine. I have no problem with Scott. The refi was dragged out and I was not kept informed about what was going on. When I complained to the processor, I copied Scott. Shortly thereafter, the processor was changed and things went better. I wasn't told until very late in the process that I needed to terminate my HELOC, which caused another delay. Ultimately, I was asked to pay an additional $381 in fees and costs, which I felt was a ripoff.

Nate was great to talk to and I enjoyed working with him overall. I sincerely felt like he did do his best to help me get the best deal he could. I needed to go through the refinance process twice, over the course of over 4 months! This was due in most part to a subordination. Things were hectic, I understand. The biggest problems were the miscommunication I received in the second refinance and the incorrect closing amount discovered after closing.
