Communication overall leaves a lot to be desired. From Mass e-mails stating that my loan was at-risk to internal threads between departments referring to my file being part of the communication with me. They made me feel uncomfortable and like I was just another number.

The process dragged on all the way to the end of the rate lock. Communication was poor. I didn’t know if I would get the loan or not all the way to the end of the process. It said I was approved, then it dragged on. Very anxious process. Not good.

The information at the beginning of the process was incorrect (no appraisal would be needed?). Information loaded onto the secure portal was over looked and had to be sent again and again.
