I would like to have had better communication between him personally about the entire loan process. A lot of the time he seemed a little rushed when we spoke with him via phone especially when we had questions and concerns about the interest rates and other things concerning our loan process. Other than that the service was ok.

I never felt like I knew what was going on... too many hands in the pot. I’m glad the Loan was closed, and Nathan did amazing. But over all It was a confusing mess.

Feedback is from my experience. It would be great to be involved throughout the process even though I am just the spouse. Alot of times people tend to forget there are two people going through the long process. Sometime I'm included and others I'm not, and only when my signature is needed. Checking in and communicating could be better from other people as well. Overall, it was a long process to complete & glad it was done.

Sarah was good and responsive. The system she is working in is impossible. Perhaps 8 different people sending messages; last minute requirements( e.g. 'wet signature' ) that are nearly impossible and expensive to complete, inability of closers to obtain info requiring borrower to step in.... should I go on?
