Took forever to get done. She had back surgery right after taking us on for a loan. That delayed things, her assistant had to get things done. There was always more paperwork needed to be signed, why it couldn't be sent all at once instead of being spread out over several weeks. Not organized at all. They were to pay off a couple debts as a condition of loan yet took no details to pay them. Supposed to pay with check snail mailed to them in 2 weeks! They'll be late by then! Do NOT use them!

As a realtor I like to have some type of relationship with lender. I never spoke with Kaylee, I didn't receive a return call, or email. Never thank you for referring him back to New American, -0- Now processor Bilala Ghaddar was stellar!

My application was not updated while loan officer was out of office causing delays. Same docs were requested from me more than one or twice. I had to escalate to the manager. Appraisal process was incomplete and confusing, and turned to "finger-ponting" between appraiser and your team. Lender's credit was reversed, i asked for reason but no response.

Slow response times and having to resubmit the same documents multiple times as well as not working with the same person for the entire process was frustrating. There obviously was a disconnect with communication.
