It was good compared to my 1st loan. Would of liked a bit more hassle free, terms for me as the consumer to understand, acurrate info to questions & time lines, give the rate & lock it initally, being able to keep word on rescore-1st payment in 60 days and can close in 15 days. Overall, it was very good because the ladies Susan & Jackie were great to work with. The loan process itself could be better. Took 44 days to close with my immediate responses, not the 15 days quoted. Nice company!!

It wasn't so much Bob. It was just a long, difficult closing. A lot of things contributed to the delayed closing, but it got done.
