Jane exemplified unprofessionalism from the day that my client's file was transferred to her. Everything was last minute, the communication wasn't efficient, there was always an excuse to why things weren't done or how it was someone else's fault. Our 11am closing didn't get closed until, 9pm because the file nor the funds weren't there. For a Monday morning closing everything should have been there by Friday evening. Completely unacceptable.

The first impression over the phone was very displeasing. Ms. Schatz seemed uninterested and unfocused on the conversation. After the first three conversations we did not hear from Ms. Schatz until the week of closing (about 30 days later); Matt was then in communication until the end. The customer service from everyone except for Matt was lacking terribly. There was lack of communication, lack of empathy and proper steps were not followed and explanations were not thorough.

The works experience ever!!!! I understand that is a long process but if you have lots of experience doing you job at least you will give to your clients a detail list of the documents requesting, no like they did with me every single time they request a document they said this will be the last step and then 2 days later, they will turn around and when you told you are done we the previous you sent they reject because they need some things else on it, I almost lost my house

This is the worst experience I have had!!!!! Jose was not truthful and lied about everything! Would not return phone calls or emails. I had asked him for my copy of pre-approval letter he never sent it. Disclosure was not correct and information pertaining to loan was was disclosed!!!!! Paying off credit cards was not disclosed in pre-approval. 4 different one all number different. Would not make Wife main. Discrimnation!!!!!!!
