Some figures and settlement items were not correct at closing. Not sure if it was due to broker or attorney. But it ended up costing us, the borrowers, additional money after closing.

Tammy did most of the transactions. Every time I called Craig I get his voicemail and he would never call me back. I understand that Tamm,y is Craig's supervisor. But! It would have been nice to hear Craig's voice once an awhile. Thank You Tammy you deserve all the credit.

Better communication about the State Housing Loan...I had no idea I would be required to stay in the home for 10 years to avoid repayment of the loan...I found out at closing.

I was frustrated that I got several emails telling me to sign up for DocuSign but then I couldn't because I was not sent the proper link. Also I got several emails saying everything was done, and then I would get yet another email with another document that needed to be signed right away. It was frustrating to stop whatever I was doing to fill out forms when I was previously told everything was done.

More attention to detail. Better customer service. Reply to phone calls in a timely manner. Besides those issues. Not that bad.
