Few hiccups in communication when we asked about the terms of the loan where the responses could have been better. Speed of responses was great and overall the process was not incredibly painful. I wouldn't refer to your colleagues as "my girls". It's considered a derogative term for a lot of people even though I'm sure the term was friendly from Chris.

Chris and his team jumped hurdles to get our loan. I didnt think i would have been able to buy a house but not only did they provide our loan, We got a really great interest rate also.
