Set a date for closing when I first came to them but when I called the day prior of closing to check on everything, they have changed Rolle date and failed to inform me or the seller. Luckily I called or we would of wasted time showing up to attorneys office.

It wasn’t Melissa Gibson that I had issue with. I’m not sure who dropped the ball. But I didn’t receive much communication at all until the processor called me the Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before we closed asking for TONS of information before we had our final numbers and closing on Thursday. It was incredibly frustrating finding all the documents she needed at the last second. I found out what to wire an hour before closing. It was overwhelming. I stayed for the interest rate.

It was hard to reach the team over the phone and in some occasions when I had questions, I had to send multiple emails in order to get answers. In my experience, communication could have been better, there is room for improvement.
