Sergio Alvarez is a super nice professional who seems good at his job. My only complaint is that there were times I would send emails to him and his team and would not hear back for day if at all . My guess is that they are super busy but when going threw the already stressful process of financing a home not getting questions anwsered raises the stress levels. What I can say is we had a fairly short closing deadline and even with some unexpected issues arising Sergio got us closed quickly!

The communication between you and the processor assigned to support me/us was very scattered, at times did not represent clarity of message and involvement between the two and a situation involving a change of "terms" for our loan costs without up-front communication. This resulted in me extending a lot more energy to pull things together, which was added stress at a time that i/we were juggling a lot of things.

More communication about information that y'all need from me not on the day of . It very disappointing but you guys did get the job done but on a one-day notice to get documents in that are needed to go to the next step was very disappointing. Communication was poor and I really didn't want to give you all a bad review .But I just can't look over the fact that I was not notified. And then being told one set of numbers and then the numbers changed to another set of numbers was disappointing .

The communication could have been better phone calls were not returned when promised. We closed a month.later after I was told we would close.iwas told I would receive my funds on Friday it is now Sunday night at1130pm and no funds.i hope this improve thinks Jewel f
