Elizabeth Vazquez costed me over $10,000. She made an $8,000 typo that costed me every bit of equity in my home. She lost paperwork. She had me sell a family heirloom for $3150 less than it was appraised for and lost the receipt I sent her. She promised to personally put my family in a hotel if the closing got pushed back and that was a lie too. So I paid $500 for a hotel for a week and $280 to keep the uhaul an extra week. NAF gave $1000 credit. Do the math I lost almost 11k cuz of E. Vazquez

Nick was incredibly nice and answered all my questions prior to me moving forward with New American. As soon as I was in the system I stopped receiving any regular updates. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates. When he replied he sent very vague replies that told me nothing of substance. I also ended up paying a lender fee that I was told I would not have. Nick didn't inform me that I would be charged. I felt like I was taken advantage of and lied to.

Complete lack of communication, ignoring emails, stating that processes have been completed and finding out that they are not. Completely unprofessional.

Andrew and entire team were laughably inadequate during the entire process once acquiring my business. Couldn't provide a date for the completion of the appraisal causing me to request 3 escrow extensions. Repeatedly asked me for the same financial documents, including five days in a row. Conveyed they were skeptical of how I'd pay the down even after I had paid it. Didn't know what a 1031 exchange was, didn't allow a credit to be applied to my closing and forgot to include my home insurance.

I contacted Shawenti Sheats to inquire about refinance rates. After reaching out to multiple companies, I asked if Shawenti could meet or beat the best offer from a competitor. After ensuring me she could, she asked for a few hours to speak with her management. By the following day, I hadn't heard from her, so I asked for an update and was told "Im (sic) sorry...I will have an answer today...hang on." That was the last time she sent me any communication despite another follow up email from me.
