We had terrible communication from Ethan West. The only reason our loan closed even nine days after it was scheduled to is because I called corporate to complain. It was by far the worst home buying experience we have had.

at first it started out good. then I would not hear back from him. he did not forward my information I sent to the processor. The processor had to do a lot of the work for me. the first paper work that came to me to sign at closing was wrong. Again I had to have the processor get this fixed for me to sign the next day. The processor I give 6 stars in my case.

Robert Martin was great to work with but when it was turned over to the processor it was a different story. You will have to ask the buyers about the problems they had.

Having Another loan officer check on customer when their loan officer is out would be great. We went 3 weeks with no communication. Slipping in a $1380.00 fee the day before your planned to close is a horrible way to do business. Edward had all my information requested in the first 2 days when we started this process. There is no reason fees are unknown until 16hrs before we close and 13 weeks after we started the process. I have never been so mad during a business transaction in my life.

The communication all together was horrible. I felt that as a buyer I was having to do my lender’s job. I was calling the title company, making my own appointments, and my realtor was doing stuff the Christine was supposed to do. I should have been relaxing and packing but that wasn’t the case. I am still waiting for paperwork from them And I’ve been in my home over three months. I would never do business with them again not recommend them to anyone.
