Being a first time buyer, I anticipated the process to be a little difficult and confusing at times. The support that I received from the team was phenomenal. They were very helpful and responsive. However, going to the closing table I was very confused at the numbers that was given to me, they were totally different the than multiple CDS that I was given. Although, Eric was very informative with what the differences were, it would have been great knowing it before the day of closing.

Would have appreciated the Glick team not running our credit without permission when we were only inquiring about rates. Also, the professionalism of having the documents properly filled out prior to signing. Information on property address was incorrect, we asked for it to be updated and the response we got was we will update on our end. Our experience this time with NAF was unsatisfactory and we would not refer anyone else to this company.

Seller agreed to paying closing costs The amount of closing costs were apparently overstated But there was an indication that the seller would pay the difference If the seller would have been advised of this then the additional amount would have been included That didn't happen and I was told sorry nothing can be done
