When I first talked to Chris he seemed very knowledgeable and helpful as I told him about the bad experience I had just been through. After this initial call however he was not very responsive. I had to reach out to him to find out what the status of the loan was a few times and felt as if he was bothered both times.

It took a long time. Lacks Communication. And if I didn’t have to lock for so long I probably would’ve gotten a little rate. In the end it closed at what was promised.
