We sent all the supporting documents in early June, in early July we were asked for the documentation again. Jon failed to send the documents on our behalf. I was sent emails that I couldn't open because my phone number was not listed. Therefore the pin was sent to another phone. I also asked to have my name corrected and it was misspelled repeatedly. In the end, Jon complained that it was taking too long to close and he asked us to pay for 1/2 of the rate lock. Personally, I can't recommend based on joining delays and errors.

Total Scam run. He had provide false information and increase closing cost. Later added lender fees. I would never recommend anyone to this company. Will be adding same to social media.. so other people are not scammed.
