No communication, request identical info multiple times. Seemed like the first I sent it they never bothered to look at. Did not keep us informed of progress. Wouldn't return calls. Took 15 forms of communication to get a response back on a crucial issue. And on and on and on it went. Treated like we weren't there time because we didn't purchase a million dollar home. Made us feel like losers.

Too many people processing information and lack of communication among those people. Almost became homeless because of last minute requests. I was devastated and did not appreciate Taylor Winklers laughing about my situation. Nor did I appreciate a lecture about learning from my past decisions.

Should have had more knowledge of polices. Exp: Time limit on appraisal. Should have been up front that our appraisal was going to expire before we could close. Some conversations were boarder line unprofessional. Acted as if he was doing us a favor. Would never recommend Quintin to anyone.

There was very little communication. Elderly people are not tech savvy, therefore more attention should be by phone and not e-mail. Most of the time I was totally unaware of what was going on.

If I was given accurate information. If New American Funding did the required steps in the process to make sure it went smoothly. To listen to the questions and concerns I have rather than just keep talking, making excuses and giving out false information.

I submitted everything I was asked of. Was told it was my company that hadn’t gotten back when in fact they did and I still have yet to hear anything back. Very unprofessional this is the second time I made a complaint. First it was to him directly
