The IRRL loan process was rather protracted when considering we were already a current borrower with New American Funding (NAF); and I found myself having to aggressively pursue update loan status information, which should have been being more readily made (and initiated...) by NAF. Telephone response time, to messages I left, also appeared to be slower than seemed appropriate. Finally, I was told several times that there would be no cost to us, yet we were charged $350.00 at closing.

The communication was very unprofessional. The final phase with the processor was unacceptable. I was pleased with Khodor but the final phase was not at all like my first experience.

when I started working with the buyer they were already approved for the loan so i don't recall ever speaking with her the other agent should be rating her.
