Lack of proper follow up and transparency in what the cause for delay on the file actually was. No sense of urgency or empathy was shown to the situation the borrowers were dealing with due to the delays on the lending side due to an oversight on properly selecting the county name for the appraisal order. It was definitely my worst lending experience in a very long time.

Many of my documented questions were not answered. Phone calls, emails, txt, were not answered in timely manner, and most cases no response at all. I feel i was taken advantage of and lied too. Is this how your company is taught to operate? I will be filing a formal complaint with the state if this doesn't get fixed
