Scott is very rude and condescending towards women. He was this way with me and my daughter in-law whom we unfortunately referred to him. He promised interest rates that he could not deliver. His customer service is terrible. I will never refer this company and will advise people to stay clear of Scott and this company.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage company. Scott made promises that he could not deliver. He lied his way through the process, and when called out on them, he lied again stating that he did not state that. He was very rude to my wife and I and short tempered. Scott is a GREAT used car salesman!! I will be refinancing my loan ASAP, so Scott makes no money on servicing my loan.

A severe lack of communication. A simple ( relatively) prompt response to phone calls, and or emails would have avoided a serious mistake. Could not get answers to simple inquiries regarding a higher appraisal value. Multiple instances of the wrong address on the loan paperwork, on the initial loan documents, the request for Verification of Employment, all the way up to the closing date documents. Just an overall unpleasant interaction.

Brandon and his team dropped the ball. They did not source the funds for down payment which resulted in moving the closing date multiple times. It made it a very unpleasant experience for the buyers. Brandon admitted in email that he was communicating to me about a different client. Given all of the errors, I would expect for Brandon to keep me updated and I often found it difficult to get in touch with him. Overall, very bad experience. Brandon came to closing but the buyers didn't really want him there. I appreciate the gesture but it was out of place. I think brank is probably a good lender but so many things were from with this transaction.

Communication between the processor, LO, and the underwriter. The lack of communication and the amount of rudeness made it horrible for my clients.
