This was without a doubt the worst experience I have had dealing with a company. Very unprofessional and no one seemed to care about moving the deal through.... I always had to ask to get things done but more important than that It was if they really didn't care. I was promised things throughout the deal...(The check is in the mail) but come to find out the dog ate it and another has to be cut but only after me prodding them....NO FOLLOW UP!!!! Although I am currently dealing with them I would recommend that you run for the hills and not deal with this company....

When I originally signed up to see refi options, I was given one name. When I asked for clarification and for call backs, I received nothing or an out of office. It wasn't until I requested a supervisor and a denial in signing that someone reached out. Started great, middle was terrible. Ending was better.

Our experience was a disaster. The expenses and hardships we incurred due to the numerous delays kept adding up. Aaron sent an inflammatory email to our seller’s realtor. Unbelievably terrible experience.

Ronaldo’s processor Bige was very unprofessional to work with. I am in real estate and deal with lenders and processor on a daily basis and never had this experience. She would ask for something and we would provide and not get any type of response, the next day I would ask if we where good and she would then reply that what we provided was not sufficient. This put our closing 2 weeks late. Very poor communication and unprofessional.

She was slow to respond, gave vague and unsatisfactory answers. Didn’t seem familiar with the details of my file when we spoke. Almost derailed my closing because of negligence. Luckily our escrow officer saved the day! In addition she spoke down to me when I expressed my frustration. She’s a nightmare! I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a person dealing with my money, credit and future circumstances before. An absolute disappointment.

The entire process was the worst one we've ever experienced from start to finish. Items were not explained after requests, terms were put into the paperwork to which we did not degree, pressure tactics were used, amounts were increased without our approval, we were charged several thousand dollars to reduce the rate without our approval (only caught it because we read the small print), etc. The closing date was moved multiple times without anyone contacting us, causing us to have to take time off of work for no reason. We were left waiting for hours each time, after which we had to make contact to find out what was going on. We lost valuable time and money due to the New American employees involved, who had no consideration for us. These are only a few of the numerous instances of our negative experience. The conduct on the side of the bank employees was unprofessional, unethical and evasive. We kept extensive notes on each instance of such conduct, and are strongly considering reporting this to higher authorities.
