Chris and his team did a really nice job. Everyone was quick to respond and kept me in the loop at all times. If by chance there was an error in understanding, Becky (Chris’s executive assistant), was on top of it right away and answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. This is my first time buying a home, I have nothing to compare it to. In my line of work we have a saying, “Always over deliver and under promise. Never over promise and under deliver”. This is not to say Julie didn’t deliver. She was most helpful in this process. One other thing, I would make it a point to very clear of the needed paper trail for funds that are a gifts, or come from the sale of a car. I had know idea of the three thing need to prove I owned a car or what it was worth.
