Said you would w work up a fast learner estimate so I could get my current company to at least save $500 at closing but because I guess he can’t get my business he just blew me off after telling me into emails he would send me that loan estimate calendar maybe you guys work on commissions but your own police should do what they say they should do I can’t give a good review when he lied to my face and didn’t even bother to send me a basic loan estimate

Not having to deal with the lawyer we had involved and the lender/buyer would have actually called to discuss what issues were going on since there were so many times we were put off.

This was the most disgusting transaction I’ve ever been involved in. Avoid this company and avoid this agent. Closing date took nearly a month longer than originally planned due to paperwork being forgotten to be sent and signed. They have no idea how to do their job and they will give you the run around constantly. We were lied to about situations continuously by Marq Jones. Our lawyer was even furious with the situation. I cannot emphasize enough how much to avoid this lender and agent.

Joe was unwilling to verify my current flood coverage which ended up costing me close to 1.5% or more on my interest rate. Which also made the loan process take nearly 3 months. Overall I appreciated there willingness to continue working with me and follow through with the process but this issue could have been avoided.

Terrible communication. Lacy dropped the ball so many times. Also my agent said Ron wasn’t doing good either. I tried to do everything I could. To turn in paperwork, to get what you guys needed. I had such a long escrow period. Then in the last week, I’m told I need to turn in IRS papers that Lacy was supposed to order a long time ago. I think the biggest problem is not being on the same page because I didn’t get to see anyone in person. So therefore, communication wasn’t great at all. Everyday towards the end of the day. I get an email asking for more paperwork. I turn it in and have to wait all over again if you guys need more stuff. I was put through un-needed stress because I was put on the side till last minute. I tried to communicate to you guys the best I could. So much so, I thought I literally had to ask you guys what’s going on everyday.
