When my wife tried to point out some of her questions was met with resistance and an unpleasant attitude from representative. Will never refer anyone to her in the future, overall poor experience extremely stressful.

To have worked with a honest, consistent, efficient, transparent person. Someone who actually valued their clients time (4 months to close) and had a mutual respect for the business at hand. To feel heard when issues were brought to light and not dismissed. Especially when another clients information was sent to me by mistake and I attempted to bring it to light. I hope this was made right by the client who’s privacy you breached.

Such a frustrating process! We've already lost out on 2 homes because NAF can't get it together and finalize our pre-approval. It's been sitting in underwriting, all docs submitted, for WEEKS. What is going on over there? Then today they told us we'd have it within 20 minutes (great! our offer is due at 12pm EST), and THEY SEND THE PRE-QUALIFICATION LETTER AGAIN!! because (surprise!) the pre-approval still isn't done. If you're in a competitive market look elsewhere for a mortgage, NAF will only lead to disappointment.

The borrowers were extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication, costs which were not explained, unexpected fees, and concern that we would not be able to close on time or at all. The borrowers' poor experience with the lender left a bad taste in their mouths about the whole transaction and my level of service (although I did not recommend this lender or mortgage company) was affected because of the level of stress the borrowers experienced on the lending side. Was not a great experience for anyone involved.

I don’t think this box has the space for the horrifying experience that it was working with this person. Duplicate requests, bad communication, horrible explanations, had to talk to her boss for everything. The worst part of it was that I was 4 months into this and ready to close and she then disclosed that I can’t actually close for another 2 months. How in the h*** is someone so incompetent that they don’t know this type of stuff from the beginning? Complete and utter waste of my time. I’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere for anything. She just have been a charity hire because I’m still baffled at how bad she was. When she did that, I had to switch to a different loan officer. I could not work with her any longer. Im not the type of person to be this blunt, but I will never work with this company again because she left such a disgusting taste in my mouth.
