Sarah was ill equipped to navigate this process with me. She was not properly educated regarding my loan options which resulted in a change of course and having to pay to extend my loan rate lock. Communication was almost always outside of work hours and interrupted by home-life conflicts.

Open and honest communication but I was lied to from day one. 14 hours before closing they refused to call me back but had time to call my realtor and tell her what’s going on. My realtor told me that the deal fell Thur not Kelly or Marlo. Kelly sent me an apology and I’ll be happy to share that on your website. Kelly was wonderful at first but at the end she claimed to be a mother goose looking out for me. At the end I had to spend an extra 30,000.00 to get the deal done. Marlo Anderson need to be fried I would like to file complaint on everyone that worked on my deal. Thank for nothing I was promised so much it’s been a month and I haven’t received a thing so y’all lie steal and cheat good hard working people.

Was not informed clearly of closing costs and other costs that continue to arise even after the house was purchased. There a lot of hidden costs that where not aware or communicated properly.

They must not want business that badly. They didn't even bother to call me back after running my credit so that it brought my score down. Must be so busy there. Not enough loan officers or something... I asked to speak to a different loan officer twice! and they still connected me with the same lady who didn't have time for me. Not professional.

I was given incorrect information about interest rates. Also communication and ability to get in contact with Ronaldo was terrible. Better Communication and accurate information would have made my experience better.

Communication was not there at all. You had all the documents the day the home went under contract yet Sara waited unril right before the closing date to ask for things that were not necessary. The closing was delayed 6 days and was unnecessary. When the package fianlly came, it was full f mistatkes. I will not recommend Sara or NewAmerican ever.
