Jay was easy to work with through the qualifying process and was helpful when we were deciding how much we were comfortable mortgaging. We were able to close in a fairly short time frame, considering how long the process can usually take. The only area where we had a little trouble was that we were buying without a realtor, which makes the process more challenging. Jay had to basically council us along the way, which I'm sure made is job more difficult. If we had a realtor, I'm sure it would have saved a few headaches.

Deb and her staff are very knowledgeable. I first came to Deb to discuss a refinance on two properties. She ran some numbers and advised that it might not be the best solution for me financially. She didn't get paid for her time, but has more than earned my trust. I am a repeat customer, and I would recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I were pre-approved for a home loan through Water Stone Mortgage and started working with Tonya Sample. She was such a delight to talk with and always gave us updates as they came in. She was very thorough in her work and was able to get information for us in a timely manner. At times we were even able to communicate via cell phone and e-mail at odd hours of the night. However, there were a few times where we had a tough time getting a hold of her, but that is just due to her being so busy, I guess we aren't the only ones that want to work with her. We had to sign some papers with her once and had to bring our three kids with us, she jumped right into action and grabbed some extra white boxes that were in the back of her office, some paper & some high lighters for them to color during our signing process (She's so thoughtful!). She is such a sweet person inside and out and we are truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her. Thank you Tonya for everything you did for us.
