Some issues with document e-signing. Also had some issues with communication with staff members (we had to send the same documents multiple times to different people). Since it was our first time going through the home buying process it would be nice to have had a walk-through to help us understand all of the disclosure documents. Patty's reply's were prompt and was always available when we had questions

I had a complicated file that Delaram took on late and she did a lot of great work to get our house approved. However, there were several times where I was anxiously awaiting communication from her and was let down. I’d receive an email or text telling me I’d be expecting some form of communication in a few minutes and then I wouldn’t hear back from her until I called her again the next day. This happened several times. I just hoped for better communication, but other than that, she did amazing work for me.
