I felt like I was taken care off by alma up until she went on vacation without any warning. Her team did not communicate very well after she left. I was contacted once week to sign something on Friday right around the end of office hours by Aimee so I could not contact anyone for questions until next Monday and On Monday she didn't even answer her email till a few days after if she answered at all. Everything was perfect up until alma left for vacation and that is unacceptable

Bjorn got me a lot of savings which I appreciate. The communication was great at the beginning and as the closing got closer, things really dropped off. I am also out $200 because I had to have an appraisal ordered and we didn’t end up needing it, but never got fully refunded for the second half. We had issues up to and during closing, underwriting really took a long time with roofing items. My closer and agent were extremely displeased.

Phat Chau was great and helpful. Also got back to me whenever I called/emailed. Processor was good but hampered by underwriting. Underwriting was ridiculous. My credit rating is very high as well as income/assets. But they did a few things I’ve never had before. I had to pay off a few debts which was OK but they included a $16 and $338 bill. Silly. They also wanted a green card. ?????? My family has been here for generations. They finally admitted that was a mistake. And a few others minor annoyances. Overall the loan got done but???? Hence 3 stars and not 4 or 5.

I don’t ever feel like I was given enough information as to what the next step would be in the refi process. Additionally, because of delays I ended up having to pay for another Home appraisal, although I was promised I wouldn’t have to via email by Another one of your employees.
