Has nothing to do with Celina. The rest of the team had the WORST correspondence with me. This should have been a really easy process for the most part, due to the fact that YOUR company has been the ONLY lender I have had in the short time I have owned this property. Yet it was I that had to initiate any and all correspondence. Very disappointed. If I ever refi again it will NOT be with your company. And NO I will NEVER refer anyone to your company. You want more details of the let down in service, Celina will be able to get answer thise questions and send you the email strings.

Verify the pay-off are accurate instead of leaving me with outstanding amounts stilled owed on debts. Having a quality notary makes a big difference in the overall experience. Closing costs seem to be unusually high compared to other companies. Having to email the same documents several times.

As a new homeowner there was a lot I did not know and understand. I was removed from a program without my being informed. As a first-time home buyer and hearing there are a lot of programs to assist, I seem to spend more money than was expected. I do not think everyone was really helpful for me as a first-time buyer.
