Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Phone tree sends you in loops, getting an agent is pointless because they don't care or just don't know what they're doing Avoid this lender... they are definitely NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

They kept losing things I sent. Asked for same stuff over and over. Forgot things. They told me I needed my well inspected AFTER they said I was approved. Called me on a Friday after 5pm. I got someone to come but took a long time. Heat index was 120 and the well inspector got sick. They called for pay off quotes over a month before closing. I missed one payment on 2nd mortgage, due to being told to quit making payments but later told I should have. The whole process was stressful and a waste of my money.

Told me that we dont make enough for ga dream. Funny because a different lender said that we do qualify and I don't like being lied to. Definitely won't be using you or recommend you all ever again
