Ty was wonderful; was not impressed with Senior Processor. She was polite but seemed unaware of time difference and how that could affect my closing or her obtaining documents on her timeline. She also missed quite a few things that the final underwriter found and needed verified at the last minute. I understand a lot can happen with a time frame as short as mine but I feel like we were successful in spite of her instead of because of or with her. Ty felt like a strong advocate for me.
