Communication, knowledge or work arounds, closing on time, understanding the differences in time zones across the country. I had to hold this deal together with duct tape due to several dropped balls and miscommunications from Dylan. The absolute WORST transaction in my 7 plus years Real Estate career. This case file could be used as a training session on what NOT to do.......

Our loan did not close on the date set for closing. This was because clear to close documents were not received by the title company on time from New American. We found out this information on our way to closing 30 minutes prior to the scheduled closing from our REALTOR. The following day held a 3 hour wait for funds to be wired. The movers were literally 30 minutes from the doorstep of our new home. Both title company and realtor agreed on the epic incompetence leading to this result.

Absolutely a horrible place to work! Push push push, 20 hour days are expected be squeezed into an 8 hour day because no overtime. Worked many hours off the clock to keep up with NAF demands. Borrowers are just a number on a spread sheet and there is zero actual concern for a customer's ability to repay the loan, just push push push. My direct manager sucked, and was just a robot being an NAF robot. Training was a joke, lead by idiots in a department that has zero accountability. Do not use NAF for your loan purposes, there are plenty of good lenders out there and NEVER say yes to working here because after being laid off twice now, they lie to there employees. Rick and Patty the owners need to take a hard look into the business they created. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could I would put no stars. My guess after this post is reviewed it will get deleted anyways because that is the bureaucracy of the company that is broker Solutions Inc doing business as new American funding.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I did not appreciate being spoken to, with repeated, loud, accusatory foul language and being left in the “unknown” continually, as far as when settlement would occur. I was spoken “down to” and treated horribly.

Stay far far away from this company. They caused my closing to be delayed and cost me thousands over the life of the loan by not finalizing the loan terms in a timely fashion. Due to this mistake, the type of loan I had also changed and created over $8k additional closing costs I had to pony up that they never properly estimated. And the icing the cake was that they sold my loan off before I even made a single payment.
