It wasn't Braxton at all. He had to the pay the price for the rest of the exp. We are still struggling to find the information to send the pay off checks. The process is ridiculous. Additionally, we have check that are not correct, written out to companies my husband does not owe and wrong amounts, that should have been credited to the mortgage company and not refunded to us. So New American Funding are thieves so far. Additionally, we can't get a call back from anyone. And now Braxton is no longer with New American Funding. So what should we do now?????????????

There were a few points where I felt like I was just on the wrong page but in a complete different book. Somethings could have been explained more in depth. Understanding all my options wasn't super clear. Glad everything worked out just felt lost, more often than not.

Very poor job from underwritting and title company, representative misleading coments against closing notary, Patrick did a very good job but not Latoya pharham, I have evidence, not just talking Oit of my mind.

Consistency and most importantly a better loan processor. Jane and Matt did what they could to make the experience as best as possible. Jodie Foster made this process the worst experience ever.
