We always had to ask what was going on. Wouldn’t respond to emails in timely matter. Process took a long time. Stalled without knowing why at times.

Knowledge was great. Team members were great. Deal got done. There was not much margin created in this transaction and communication/replies were slow. Regular weekly updates, we are used to, did not occur.

Better communication and knowledge especially for new time home buyer’s but it’s all a learning curve and maybe better down the road if we did it again

My buyer was young and didn't know anything about how a mortgage loan process should go. He started with another loan originator that did NOT lock in his interest rate when he should have. Aryeh did not seem to think this was a problem that he could resolve and never addressed the issue. It was NOT my buyer's fault that his original loan officer left and yet he was penalized by a much higher interest rate! If I hadn't called and questioned every step of the way about the process, I would not have learned anything about my buyer's loan and I doubt we would have closed on time. The closing package wasn't even emailed to the correct email address until I caught the mistake!

No lectures but actual solutions. This will fall on deaf ears. No one wants to hear excuses. Sometimes an apology for an inconvenience experienced goes a long way. I got none. Not even when your error cost many people time & money

We sell Florida real estate. To have a financial institute in North Carolina and a loan processor in California is beyond me. It was a horrible experience for my buyer. She was so stressed. I was very disappointed. I do not believe I have ever had such an experience.
