The rates we got were fantastic but the communication was horrible.

Everyone other than Indy are pretty much doesn't understand the meaning of Customer Relationship. People are rude and outright unprofessional behaviors can be guaranteed. Indy is the differentiator and he understands the Customers and if I do business again I have to do it for Indy and is it worth is something I may have to reevaluate.

ANY level of communication. ANY level of competency. ANY ability to abide by a legally binding contract and protect their client. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and would NEVER recommend ANYONE from this company.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I am a first time home buyer and the loan officer Kay Grice and the processor Marie was not on the same accord. The loan officer got me to pay for an appraisal before I was even approved for the home. The day of my closing I was told by the loan officer that I couldn't get the home due to my business not being two years even though I filled my business for four. In addition she told me that they couldn't contact my previous landlord. So I asked why did she get me to pay for an appraisal before approval she stated she didn't want to delay anything. Then after we hung up the processor called to update me on the status. I told her I was already told I was denied. The processor ask me who told me that because she was not aware. I informed her the loan officer so she told me she will call me back. After that the people who suppose to contact the previous landlord called me. I informed them I'm was the tenant. They apologize and hung up. So to say I was denied and they took my funds they was extremely unorganized when it came to me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They made my experience horrible.

This was by far the worst experience that I've had in getting funding for a home I'll exclude names but thank you Orlando team. Everyday it was something new, a document to sign because we signed the wrong one previously that they provided us. I mean even down to the day we close. Closing was delayed because we needed to sign new forms for whatever reason which was never made clear to me. It seem like the Orlando team is very inexperienced or incompetent or both. And maybe I'm wrong all together but the entire thing was absolutely overly complicated. Worst of all it seem like they didn't care or couldn't be bothered. I Hope this is just a one-off experience but if you're looking for funding in the Orlando area and you're presented with New American Funding, be very careful, and just know that you'll be wanting to pull your hair out throughout the entire experience.

Geoff was arranging a piggyback HELOC for us through a 3rd party lender, and told us repeatedly everything was on track for closing. Our application was in fact not even processed yet, and we didn't find out until we were AT closing. He was also dishonest the following week telling us it was in underwriting (the 3rd party confirmed it was not). Our closing was delayed by a week and we would have lost the house had we not involved his boss Nick Natale, who did step up and get it pushed through.

Our situation was obviously not a priority, we initiated the process in October of 2018 with the request to close by the new year if possible. As a family transaction, it was quite simple and uncomplicated. After silence for months, the ball started rolling. I was asked to repeatedly provide the same paperwork month after month (pay stubs, bank statements) without any clear guidance as to why it was taking so long. Our closing was canceled twice without appropriate communication.
