Give me the right paper work . I started being told it would cost 400 dollars and ended up being almost 3000 dollars . I liked Blake and he kept me informed . But the rest of the process was terrible.

So me and the seller agreed to have the seller pay ALL of my closing costs which were about 12k but come to find out two days before closing, apparently if your doing a conventional loan with less than 10 percent down, all the seller can contribute is 3 percent, and I HAD TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE. Come up with several thousands of dollars. If this thing didnt happen I would of gave a better review. I think the company should of paired for the mistake NOT ME.

Overall we were pleased with the rate we got and those we worked with were t. However, it was at times frustrating to be asked for information, and then after we gathered it all and had it sent in a timely matter to find out more info was needed—and with a very short turn around period. (Such as a request for three separate wire transfers). This was complicated by the fact that we were investing from out of state. Usually the additional info was needed almost immediately which was challenging.

Felt there was not enough communication with lender. Computer updates were OK, but there was a lack of personal touch and encouragement. Understanding that it was an online application suggested by Credit Karma the process met our needs.

Communication was great but meeting deadlines on other end was difficult. Was told would hear back one day and wouldn’t hear back for 3 days. We would submit things within hours of being asked but wouldn’t always get transferred when needed.
