We closed two weeks late. Not once did Stephen ever proactively issue an update. Day after day went by and every time I needed to know what was going on, if I didn't ask, I'd never know. Can't recall the last time I worked with a lender that was so nonchalant about missing deadline after deadline.

There were so many things he did that were unprofessional and quite rude. I am truly shocked this loan closed. It wasn't Zain that got it done, it was Kimberly. She was phenomenal but Zain will keep me from ever recommending your company in the future. He did not do competent work throughout the process and the condescending emails I received were wrong. I have them if you'd like to see them. I plan on filing a complaint with your company and if I didn't receive a satisfactory response, I will take it higher up the ladder. I was waiting for the transaction to close because I didn't want it to affect my clients.

Serious lack of communication. I would have to ask my realtor to contact him with my questions because Ethan wouldn’t respond. He wasn’t able to secure my loan until several hours after our set closing appointment because he didn’t have insurance information that he had two days to ask me about, since I had given that info two days prior. Every other person involved in this process has said something about how unprecedented this was and how they’ve never dealt with a mortgage lender like this.

I have nothing to tell you. You are the worst lender I have ever referred to any clients. And I sincerely regret i did after I had trusted you will give my clients the best, just I was wrong. I had good rate for her with another lender without a buy down but I felt let's build relationships together and grow our business but I was wrong as you have a wrong motive by making more from one transaction. You can't eat your cake and have it. Am not seeing myself doing business with you anymore. Thanks for not giving us the best.

Indy, You and your team started the conversation stating that I am getting certain rate. You didn't informed me that you are not locking the rate. We closed two loans with you, and I lost the good rate as your staff took lot of time to ask for information. I have to accept that my family also took bit more time to provide some papers. I couldn't get in touch with you. I wouldn't get an email respond from you or your team for several days. My brother and my mother were extremely unhappy.

Indy had given us a rate and then later he told us that he did not lock the rate and because of that the rate went up. When i called him and left him messages multiple times for an explanation, he never returned our calls that was unprofessional. Even though the rate went up we decided to go thru the loan, during the closing time we asked for explanation on the closing charges, Indy never returned our calls or emailed. Because of this I will not refer him to any of my friends.

It was a VERY unpleasant experience. If I have to redo the process, i will not choose this kind of service, even if it means paying higher rate on my mortgage. As a customer I was very disrespected, insulted and yelled upon. I was told my transaction does not matter because it is not large enough. There was no communication from Drapers and Kramer. Our questions were left unanswered for days, even when they promised they will get back to us within a timeframe.
