I'm forever thankful for Kenol and his awesome staff. They worked with me throughout this entire process and I'm grateful. My first meeting with Jennifer was to sign some documents. The business was closed when I arrived for my appointment. When Jennifer did make it back to the office, I was given a perfunctory apology about a colleague’s birthday. The docs were signed in the lobby. Not too professional. In truth, I never felt my business mattered with Jennifer. With Kelly, very different. Maybe it’s just me....
