Douglas was fine. It was the other two clowns. They didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I sent emails daily and was stressed through the whole process. They didn’t tell me that they weren’t receiving my emails until to late. We started this process with the thought that we would close . That even was held up. They did not answer myself, realtor or anyone. I had to move out of my place and didn’t have a place to move to, because the closing was postponed. Just not a good situation. I’m glad it is over with! I’m in my new house finally. Douglas did communicate to me. He wasn’t the problem.

I did not know who was my POC for the company, I felt like I was just sending an email and hoping someone familiar with my stuff was going to respond. I mainly ever received automatic update emails either telling me what products I need to review/sign, or what step the process was in.

The main issue was the final closing process. Finalized paperwork was not completed on the lender / HOA side, so we needed to update our policy last minute. We also flew in Las Vegas to sign documents to ensure we met required timelines but once we signed we were told that we could have used mobile notary since we were not planning on picking up keys same day.
