Eric you were amazing, but your staff left a lot to be desired: not answering, or returning phone calls, constantly asking for documents that were already submitted. Constant supposed vacations and days off that noting got done on the loan underwriting so it took longer, then asking for more documents to be submitted, because they had not worked on it because they were out. I know the attorney did not do the title search on time but the lack of communication in creating issues was very frustrating.

I think that knowledge is key to any endeavor to make wise decisions. New American, although worked hard, perhaps would need to understand the requirements of a VA Home Loan better with training sessions suggestively. This way, the borrower can be better prepared and that the campaigns would move more evenly. Still, if it were not for my loan officer and the heart that he has, I know my experience would have been much harder. I thank God for Adam B.

Lack of communication and limited information given on the down payment assistance program but sure did tell me it was something I was pretty much guaranteed and didn’t get. Lots of issues right at the end and zero communication until I got to the end of day before close! Not great
