zain was good at communicating, but once it went to the processor the communication was poor overall. several delays that weren't communicated causing the buyer a lot of frustration.

In the beginning of my long process I was lied to about the amount of loan I could get at a certain time. Other I went with this company but when we got to the very last stop, they could only do what the other lenders could do. So why did I get this? Because they lied? Mark did his best to communicate with me and I thank him for that, but so many things went wrong in the process, from the appraisal taking over a month to come in, my loan getting denied for untold/no reason at all, to the documents asked for after closing had already been set then having to postpone. Overall this deal took WAY longer to close than it should have and I lost a LOT of money. Overall we did close so I’m happy about that, but I would not want to come back or recommend. Thank you

JT came in late in the refi with cashback that we had started. That was not his fault. JT did his best but I can’t give him 5 stars because our business relationship was minimal. I’m sure had circumstances been different, I would be able to confidently give him 5 stars in all categories. Thank you.

Could’ve been more clear of what I was going to actually owe at closing if given the proper information I would’ve probably not done it because it comes out to more money in the long run than what I’m paying the only thing different is my mortgage payment went down but I Have to pay for 30 years from the state and the mortgage price went up I’m not trying to act like I understand mortgages or refinances but a little more information would’ve been helpful. I kind of felt a little deceived
