Better communication ,

We clearly communicated how and why we needed the title done at the outset of our communications. We were assured that would be no problem. Once we were down to the wire, we were told that the title could not be done the way we needed it to be. Closing costs were exorbitant, and we didn't see the final settlement statement (which had multiple errors) until we were at closing. The person we worked with directly was very responsive and helpful. If you have another option for your lending needs, I'd suggest you go that route.

My loan officer is was changed during the process. My realtor was the one to tell me of the change, not NAF. The new loan officer did not even reach to introduce himself. I spoke to him one time during the process only after I had texted him. I decided to go with NAF because was Chase feeling like a loan factory in the beginning where as my inital LO with NAF felt more personable. However that changed. With the biggest purcahse of someones life I would have expected more communication and guidance along the way.

LAME! You couldn't give me a courtesy call to tell me I wasn't approved. You left me waiting for 2 weeks (knowing I had to renew my lease on a time crunch) until I emailed to ask what's going on. I won't give you my busines.

My fiancé changed insurance companies And we are now going on almost a month and no one from this company has called him back or State Farm. I actually had to upload the policy through a random website a customer service representative gave me over the phone. Seriously he pays you on time and is tying to do the right thing and no one can return a call to him or the insurance company. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

No one was on the same page or appear to know what they were doing. I will not be staying for long.

Lack of interest, lack of effort, lack of responsibility. Been involved (this term used very loosely) with this transaction since February, now it's the 28th of MAY and it appears another delay (this is the third "scheduled" closing involving the same owner and buyer) because an evidently lender required action was not revealed until closing date is at hand. Lack of communication leads to problems.

Let me start off by saying I was excited about becoming a first time homebuyer in Clayton County however Lavern Davis has lied to me repeatedly and coursed me into staying in a bad loan process even after my written request to withdraw from loan process do to her bad business dealings. I have Been lied to about my home loan applications being approved and me being able to close on my home on Friday July 26th 2019. On the morning of closing day Ms Davis told me to wire my $500 for closing cost to the law office that’s on my home Loan application in which I complied since I was under the impression that I would be closing on my home. 20 minutes before the closing time ms Davis called me and told me not to show up because my loan had not been approved yet. I contacted The law office about getting my funds back and they said that I will have to pay to have my money sent back with is unfair because I did what I was asked. This morning July 27th 2019 ms Davis called me requesting more information so that we can try to get my loan approved at that time I told her that I no longer wish to pursue the loan and I needed my 500$ back and my 1000$ earnest money back that I was told could not be used. They have 1500 dollars of mine tied up in a bad loan that I tried to get out of numerous times. I am a single mother barely making ends meet with a 3 year old daughter that I have not been able to provide for because I do not have any money .I explained all of this and asked for my money and she hung up the phone in my face . When I first started working with ms Davis she worked for American Bancshares then switched to a new company in the middle of her working with me I’m not even sure how she managed to keep my account there has been nothing but stress and inconsistency with this Sr. Loan officer. Makes me wonder why she switched companies in the first place SCAM LIKELY!!!! Do not work with Lavern Davis ! BEWARE!
