Communication would have made it better. Aside from our initial meeting with her when she qualified us was the only time we seen her. Sometimes I had to email or text her multiple times to get an answer or at times I didn’t get any response. My agent and escrow both said they had an issue too. When there were fee changes and it came down to closing funds we were asked to wire funds we didn’t plan on. She never called us to explain the fees and why we had to send money. Just said it was on the CD

The communication with Sally was unacceptable. We had a tuff time closing due to the Solano County Fires . Sally did not communicate with us , when things got tuff. Granted she was getting grief from the buyers , the listing agent and myself ...not returning emails , and hanging up on people is not the way to deal with uncomfortable situations. Linda Brooks

At every turn I asked “can you do veterans loans” - yes, no problem. “With the delays are you sure there will be no surprises” Yes - no problem. “Why haven’t we opened a file with the title company? Are you sure we’re good” No problem. 10 days before close: “we can’t do the loan” - she explained to the veterans underwriter and to her underwriter that my residual income wasn’t contracted. It is. I got pre-approved MONTHS ago with the same income. She is unprofessional and unresponsive.
