Lack of communication. Constantly changing numbers. Numbers changed at least 7 times. Even 1 day before closing.

Working with Rodrigo wasn’t an issue he was great to work with and patient. I didn’t necessarily appreciate the underwriting. We played phone tag during the whole process.

Would have been better if we could communicate more. But most importantly we made it yi to the closing table.

Closing costs and fees were too much. Everything else was good.

Better communication between everyone at NAF. It seemed like one party didn't know what the other was doing half the time

Have more information on 1031 and how they work for Jolie and her supervisoe. The client should not know more than the people they trust to handel this process. To stay intouch with client all the time with a more rapid responce, this is stressful for all parties involved

I started with Quicken Loans and after over 2 months of confusion changed to Eric. He was very convincing that he could do a better job, and did. So putting all my prior bad experience aside and just judging him on his own performance this is how it went. I had to try to contact Eric for a weekly response. I never found him available when calling and always had to was better than 24 hours for a return call. Not many calls we necessary though. I was told I would have a zero down loan and it wasn't. I also I didn't get the call promissed to go over the figures before closing so when there had some surprises. Not a call afterward either. The biggest hurtle was navigated by my appraiser. I am in my 60's and have bought several homes and also managed real estate so I knew most of what to expect. I find this experience satisfactory. I feel Eric is a good salesman but not a people person or good at keeping promises or at follow up.
