I had questions for David that he failed to answer or wasn't sure about the answer. I emailed and called him and still haven't received a call back

I am disgusted by the way New American Funding operates. I honestly can not believe they are in business. I was pre approved back in November. Gave them all the paperwork and information needed while continuing to look for a house. I was able to find out at the end of Jan with a closing date set for Feb 24. I was told everything went through and all I needed was to wire the down payment. The closing date had to be extended to March 24th due to repair issues and getting the money transferred. I originally had Joseph Longo as my loan officer, who monitored my whole progress. He called me 2 weeks before close and said he got promoted so he no longer has my loan and it is being transferred. I get a call Feb 19th (1 week later) saying I am sitting with no approval. 3 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING. I am having a meltdown because how unprofessional to let me know I can not even close that close to closing. I spoke to his boss, Jason Miller, who is just as incompetent and was unable to close it. The sellers upped the price on me since I had to request an extension. I had to quick find another lender to push my loan through in days due to the incompetence of New American Funding. NAF cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Never even got an apology, no sympathy at all. They are unprofessional and caused me so much stress on top of it. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Thankfully I was able to still close on my house and move. I am currently trying to take legal action for what they did to me.

Shady. We feel played. Terrible communication. Made this whole process daunting and miserable. Our first home, the American dream..... this was an absolute nightmare. Changed numbers on us we ended up paying more than we initially was set up for. There was constant times of no communication, like when the numbers changed, just expected us to sign without any explanation as to why we are paying so much more. Because of their failure to come through and constant stalling on paperwork, we missed deadlines. Costing us more money. Absolutely horrible. I do not recommend.

We told Doris (our lending officer) MULTIPLE times on which loans we wanted to get paid off for our equity cash out loan. And even once we had filled out the paperwork and we had thought we'd gone over it several times, where the money was getting distributed was still wrong. Each time we reached out to Doris, she left us out in the dark with little details and, for some reason, never included my wife in the communication when she knew that she was being put on as a co-signer. Mid-way through the process of working with Michael, we kept finding several different hiccups along the way that kept delaying the process that required us to keep submitting documents that should have been taken care of from the very beginning. This entire loan process lasted for a month and a half when it should have been taken care of in 2 weeks or less. I have never been more stressed or confused in taking out a loan that would ultimately end up saving us money. That says something about the entire process and the people involved. If you can, find other alternatives than New American Funding. A lot of people who have been in the loan industry for decades have never heard of them either.

Ruined my credit by checking it 5 times in 7 months. Giving me false hope every month. Went somewhere else and was in a new home with in a month. I do not recommend this place.

I entered my email address somewhere and started to get a lot of emails and texts from different lenders, but Noah went above and beyond when it came to pestering me. Even after he sent the first text, I politely responded letting him know my error, and asked him to remove me from his contacts. But that didn't stop Noah's persistent sales techniques in continuing to harass me via calls, texts and emails. Personally, I don't care for sales people in general, and don't appreciate it went they don't pay any attention to what you're actually saying. Noah doesn't seem to be the listening/reading/understanding type, and in my opinion, you want someone who listens in these situations. I hold people and companies accountable in these situations. Therefore, would never use Noah or Liberty (he represents them, right?) for anything. Find someone who actually listens to you.

Where do I start? This was the worst experience I have had all the years working in Real Estate that I would never want any agent, no matter who they represent in the transaction to endure. Worst case if incompetence, poor communication with all concerned parties including their customer, multiple delays yet your team had over 2 months to process the loan then wait last minute to ask for documents from the customer. As a listing agent, I reached out numerous times requesting for the mortgage commitment listing pending items and none was provided. Explains the disorganization and delay that came later when we should have been closing. I could go on and on but trust me, I can never recommend Noah or your company to anyone.
