Better and more frequent communication to answer questions and concerns. Had issues at times getting a hold of someone to answer my questions during the refinancing process. Overall satisfied with the results of my refi and continue to think I received the best offer possible.

They did a fantastic job finishing the loan process with in short period of time. I have to appreciate the team on that, but communication at the end went worse, lotz of confusion, didn't even receive loan documents till closing date. It's better to have them within 1 or 2 days before Closing. Because of the end of part confusion or drama I gave these ratings, otherwise NAF is execellent.

We felt like we had to answer the same questions over & over, like whoever we were dealing with didn't communicate with the other people we had already dealt with. Wi t h a normal bank you only deal with 1 person.
