Hi, New American Funding did great towards my client, but unfortunately, Miguel never communicated with me as the buyers agent. I know Miguel is good in what he does, but again I know this info, second hand. I wish he would have even sent me a text or email and kept me posted of what going on with my buyers. I only knew of what was going on thru my buyers or the DR Horton Rep, Eddie.

It would have been better if all parties were on the same page, working together and sharing information instead of each party keep requesting the same documents for the same loan which was sent several times. Also, we had to send email to update the amendment price change just before closing.

I need to clairfy... My experience with Shawna Panter was not bad. I had very little contact with her. Early on, Ms. Panter went on a vacation (I believe). During that time, her supervisor, Bobby Lee handled the file. He took very good care! as always there are little "hiccups" that arrise when you get close to closing, when one did, the night before closing time, Mr Lee was only a phone call away and was very informative and reasuring in addressing it. I'm sure if Mrs Panter was the initial contact that I was able to speak with, she would have handled herself in the same manor. I felt I could only use the "middle of the road" assessment for her because I had had minimal contact with her. I hope that clarifys the score. Thank you.
