After my appraisal came back lower, there was very little communication. I had to follow up several times and never really got an answer a to what would galen. Also the notary wasn't very familiar or informative with the forms I was signing. I had to sign them read later.

The professionalism and smoothness of the transaction itself was great. Nancy dealt mainly with my Transaction Coordinator for the support side of the process and thus, we did not a build a relationship with each other. I am also accustomed to seeing the lender at the closing table for moral support of our mutual client, especially when they are a first time home buyer as this one was. At the end of the day, our Client was happy to buy a home and that is the reward for the services we perform.

Please know..itwasn't Shane, it was NAF. Totally unorganized, last minute requests, very stressful for all parties involved. Closing was delayed several times.

We were led to believe scores would be where they should be once completing the necessary steps. Honestly I felt it was about making money rather than truly about the customer. Also, more communication about where the loan stood would have been great during the waiting process.

Process took way longer than it was supposed to didn't get very many updates unless I called and most of the time got no answer or no return call. Annemarie nguyen was excellent and very helpful

This process took way to long. It started in December 2020 and wasn't finished until early March 2021. The process of verifying my Solar Panel lease was not pleasant. I understand the pandemic has created some issues, but 3 months was to long.
