Lack of communication. During my refinance I was told at the last minute days before closing that a program they called me about 3 months ago in December ended and the initial rate we signed and agreed on 2.7 percent was not available anymore and would not be honored. They changed the rate to 3.3 the week of closing. I stayed professional but i wad pissed. I will take my business elsewhere the first chance i get. This was bad business!! Im highly disappointed with New American Funding!!!

The process would've been pleasant had it been taken seriously. Documents were misplaced continuously, papers weren't sent on time for closing, everything has to be expressed to customer so that they can govern themselves accordingly & if you don't do something, it's not good to try & make the client look bad. There needs to be some additional on the job training to make sure everything is carried out in a professional manner.

The payment I was quoted went up $100 more. If my wife was not there,I would have walked out of the closing without signing.What they do is deceitful.I regret not using my credit union.You live and you learn.I will refinance in the next couple of months

Throughout the entire process there was little to no communication . After three phone calls the the week before and week of closing I was told we were good to go. The day before closing I am informed theres there's issues. From that point on we extended closing two more times over a week and a half. That entire time my calls and emails were never returned or answered.
