Just many payment payoffs not met and closing estimate was dramatically different at closing than that of pre closing. The fact I had to mail off my own payments to creditors and it took 6 months instead of 30 days . Although Jordyn was great at communicating can't say the same for others during the process, many times I just wanted to stop process all together .

Understand that they were under the same sudden stress as the rest of us, but wish they showed more flexibility and compassion during Covid.

The transaction was very difficult and not all due to Ryan, the loan processing and closing team were terrible always adding new conditions at the end...

Lack of communication with all parties involved. often the realtor was not in on text or email chains. I do not appreciate only my husband being addressed on certain matters. In our family I am the main financial contact and was treated as secondary. For the money being made on these home purchases, i expect a lot more . Please no further contact .

Communication could be better, buyer was not told when and how much cash to bring to closing or in what form. Closing was delayed while buyer went to his bank.

I have been happy with them to day, however... I am writing bc I waited to speak to a manager today but apparently none were available. I would HIGHLY suggest some type of training be done with some of your reps on the topic of your forbearance program. Back in Oct when we were offered this program it was very clearly explained that for the 3 months of the program that those payments would be put at the end of our loan and I even asked the rep if payments were due during this time and was CLEARLY told No. Fast forward to today when I have received multiple calls asking if we could make a payment and even had a late fee hit the account this week (which was removed by the rep yesterday). I was on biweekly payments prior to the program as well. When I sent in the forms to restart the biweekly payments I was informed the account had to be made current, which is when I discovered what I was told back in Oct. to be ver inaccurate about not making payments. So today I brought the account current paying over $3,000. Then was told that in order to get back on the biweekly payments I would also have to make Jan & Feb payments (another $4,000)! I was NEVER made aware of what a complete disaster and mess up this program would cause!
